Karen Lukaszewski

Karen Lukaszewski, LCSW, OTR/L, OTD, currently serves as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist at UNC Health since May 2022 and has been an Occupational Therapist with Legacy Healthcare Services since February 2020. Previous experience includes positions as a Home Health Occupational Therapist at Duke HomeCare & Hospice from July 2021 to May 2023, and Occupational Therapist/Social Worker at Rehab Maxx from April 2019 to April 2021. Karen has a rich background in occupational therapy and social work, having coordinated rehabilitation programs at Rush University Medical Center and provided hospice social work services at Vitas Hospice. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from MacMurray College.
