Paul Bagu Pbbagu

Paul Bagu Pbbagu is an accomplished Information Technology Officer at UNCTAD since July 2019, with extensive experience in software engineering and systems development. Previously, Paul served as Supervisor of Software Engineering at Uganda Revenue Authority, leading key projects like the Uganda Electronic Single Window and Asycuda World enhancements. Consulting roles include implementing an SMS Gateway at Watermann Media Limited and developing various data collection and reporting systems for organizations such as the Walter Reed Project and DHL Uganda. Paul also held positions in network administration and software development at several companies, including AFSAT Communications and Informatics Uganda, building significant systems to improve operational efficiency. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from Makerere University Kampala.
