Eduardo A. Rueda Barrera

Eduardo A. Rueda Barrera is a professor at Universidad Nacional de Colombia and holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Basque Country University, where they graduated Summa Cum Laude. With an M.D. from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, they have directed the inter institutional Chair on Citizenship, Integrity, and Anticorruption. Eduardo has contributed significantly to bioethics as a member of the International Bioethics Committee UNESCO and through various leadership roles in ethical and citizenship education networks. They also co-founded the International Network on Biolaw and served as a senior researcher in Colombia's national science and technology body.
