Marie-Emilie Dozin is an experienced humanitarian professional currently serving as the Head of Advocacy, Communications and External Engagement for the Global Protection Cluster at UNHCR since July 2019. With a strong background in protection programming and advocacy, Marie-Emilie previously held positions at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities included coordinating global protection efforts, and at Croix-Rouge française, where strategies for community mobilization and protection for internally displaced persons were developed.
