Marie-Emilie Dozin

Marie-Emilie Dozin is an experienced humanitarian professional currently serving as the Head of Advocacy, Communications and External Engagement for the Global Protection Cluster at UNHCR since July 2019. With a strong background in protection programming and advocacy, Marie-Emilie previously held positions at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities included coordinating global protection efforts, and at Croix-Rouge française, where strategies for community mobilization and protection for internally displaced persons were developed. Other notable roles include Protection Programme Manager at the Danish Refugee Council and various internships focused on humanitarian affairs and communication at the Permanent Mission of Belgium to the UN. Marie-Emilie holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, alongside additional executive courses in humanitarian diplomacy and Islamic law of armed conflict.
