Oumara Mahamadou Bachir

OUMARA Mahamadou Bachir has extensive experience in settlement planning and engineering, currently serving as a Settlement Planning Officer at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency since January 2016, with responsibilities in coordination and project management.
