Vaghinak Stepanyan, ICA, is the Deputy Chairman at Unibank OJSC, a position held since 2023. They previously served as Head of the Banking Supervision Division at the Central Bank of Armenia from 2012 to 2023, and held various roles in banking, including Head of Division at both Ardshinbank and VTB Bank (Armenia).
