Jean-Damien CAGNARD is an experienced professional in the field of construction materials and agricultural development. As the Secrétaire général of UNICEM La Réunion since July 2018, CAGNARD has focused on promoting sustainable practices in construction, advocating for local resources, and developing recycling initiatives within a circular economy. Prior to this role, CAGNARD served as the Responsable Foncier Environnement at Les Granulats du Groupe CB, where responsibilities included land negotiation and stakeholder relations in North-Pas-de-Calais and Rhône-Alpes.
