Erik Sandoval

Erik Sandoval currently serves as an Affiliate Engagement Specialist at UnidosUS, beginning in September 2024. Prior to this role, Erik was a Program Manager at the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU), where responsibilities included planning and managing student programs and overseeing a $200,000 federal grant. Erik also held the position of Data Quality Assurance Analyst at Meals on Wheels San Antonio, managing the CRM system to ensure accurate data for over 4000 clients. Additional experience includes a role as a Cooking Connection Specialist at H-E-B, where Erik promoted products and utilized Business Intelligence software, as well as internships focusing on data assessment and campaign finance. Erik earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an Associate's degree from Palo Alto College.
