Sheela Illuri

Sheela Illuri is the Practice Director for Life Sciences at Unify Consulting. Sheela has over fifteen years of experience in strategic and operational efficiency consulting, with a focus on the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries. Sheela has worked with clients such as Genentech, Roche, Novartis, Abbott Labs, PatientTrials.com, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, and many major healthcare providers in the United States.

Illuri began their career in management consulting with the Mitchell Madison Group in 2000. Sheela then moved to Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, where they spent four years as a Manager in the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice. In 2005, they joined Deloitte Consulting as an Associate Vice President in their Strategy Consulting practice. Sheela spent two years there before moving to Roche, where they served as Head of IT PMO for Corporate Services.

In their current role at Unify Consulting, Illuri is responsible for leading and executing strategy and operations projects for life sciences clients. Sheela has extensive experience working with start-ups and small to mid-sized companies, and has helped them grow and scale their operations.

Sheela Illuri has a corporate finance degree from the London Business School. Sheela also has an executive program in health economics and policy from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Finally, they have a B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
