Liza Mamtani

Liza Mamtani is the owner of Mamtani Legal & Consulting, established in January 2019, focusing on interim and project-based legal and consulting services for various financial and investment sectors. In addition to this role, Liza serves as a Legal Consultant for Unigestion specializing in private equity since May 2020 and has held positions such as Legal Counsel a.i. at Constanter and Senior Legal Counsel a.i. at AlpInvest Partners. Previous experience includes consultancy at Simmons & Simmons and various legal roles at AlpInvest Partners, Van Campen Liem, Baker & McKenzie, Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, and an internship at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Liza's academic credentials include a BA in History and Economics from Columbia University and a JD from Boston College Law School.
