Melanie Pearl

Melanie Pearl is the Vice President and Managing Director for North America at Union (Joins Valtech), a position held since December 2014. In this role, Melanie emphasizes organizational health and drives accountability within the Leadership team. Melanie's previous experience includes serving as Account Director at a full-service digital marketing agency, where strategic thought leadership was provided to meet client objectives and grow key accounts. Further roles include VP of Communications at AAF Charlotte and Marketing Director at TSI Healthcare, as well as marketing positions at companies such as E-dreamz, Inc. and ThermaFuse. Melanie is also a member of SoDA and Chief, organizations dedicated to empowering women in leadership. Melanie holds a degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
