Kathryn Maitoza

Kathryn Maitoza is a marketing specialist for enrollment at Union College since January 2019, where responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, writing job descriptions, conducting applicant screenings, and supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Prior to this role, Kathryn served as the Assistant to the Vice President for Admissions, Financial Aid, and Enrollment. Before joining Union College, Kathryn worked at Ferguson Family Chiropractic, PLLC from November 2014 to January 2019 as a Chiropractic Assistant and Wellness Coordinator, providing customer service and enhancing brand engagement. Kathryn began a career in retail at SEPHORA inside JCPenney, holding various positions including Store Manager and Senior Education Specialist from June 2010 to November 2014. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from SUNY Geneseo.
