Bobbi Johnson

Bobbi Johnson, SPHR, has over 18 years of experience at Union Pacific Railroad, serving in various leadership roles, including General Director Operations Support, Director Engineering Quality Management, and Affirmative Action Manager/Sr. EEO Associate. In these capacities, Bobbi strategically managed company-wide affirmative action policies and effectively analyzed personnel practices for over 45,000 employees across 130+ establishments. Additionally, as Recruitment Manager from November 2011 to June 2012, Bobbi developed recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for union craft and Operations Management Trainee positions, fostering relationships with key sourcing channels. Bobbi holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
