Daniel Ives

Daniel Ives is an experienced professional in the railroad industry, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Care & Support for Bulk Trains at Union Pacific Railroad since February 2019. Prior to this role, Daniel Ives worked as a Unit Train Manager in Network Operations at Union Pacific from January 2012 to February 2019, focusing on safe operations and customer service. Daniel Ives also has a background in rail traffic management as a Train Dispatcher at Union Pacific from April 2005 to January 2012. Earlier in his career, Daniel Ives served in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller from January 1986 to February 2006. Additionally, Daniel Ives contributed to the community as an Assistant Wrestling Coach for the Riverside Community School District from 2005 to 2015 and pursued education at Bellevue University in 2014 after graduating from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1985.
