Joe Vicari possesses extensive experience in the construction and project delivery industry, currently serving as Senior Principal of Project Delivery for The Americas at Unispace since February 2019, a global Design-Build firm catering to Fortune 100 clients. Alongside this role, Joe has operated as a Consultant and Owner’s Representative at Trust3 Hospitality / JV Consultants since 2009, providing expertise to real estate developers and property managers. Previous positions include Account Executive at Holt Construction Corp., Project Executive at UA Builders Group, and Director of Business Development for the Hospitality Group at Shawmut Design and Construction. Joe's career began as a Construction Project Manager at JV CONSULTANTS, after earning a degree in Architecture and Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
