Gwen Lee Hassan

Gwen Lee Hassan, JD, CCEP, serves as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Unisys and brings extensive experience in compliance and ethics across various organizations. Previously, Gwen held the position of Interim Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer, alongside roles as Managing Counsel for Global Compliance & Ethics at CNH Industrial, where expertise included FCPA, human trafficking, and ESG issues. Additionally, Gwen has contributed as a Manager/Counsel for Corporate Compliance at Navistar Inc., focusing on investigations and training related to the FCPA and Code of Conduct. Gwen also imparts knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, teaching courses on ESG, corporate compliance, and U.S. sentencing guidelines for corporations. Educational credentials include a JD from DePaul University College of Law and a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
