Mr. Apan has been with UCPB for 16 years. Prior to his appointment as Officer-in-Charge of the Operations Group, he was the Loans Operations Division Head, managing all loan operations of the Bank. Overall, he has 25 years of banking experience in audit, and branch and head office operations. Mr. Apan graduated from the Far Eastern University with a degree in Commerce, Major in Accounting.
