Stella Maria A. Fulgencio

Ms. Fulgencio has 35 years of experience with UCPB since she joined the Bank in 1983. She started as a Training Assistant in Human Resources Department and underwent the Management Development Program. She became department head of the Bank’s Customer Relations Center and Product Development and Management Department. She joined the Human Resources Group again and became department head for HR Research and Special Projects, Manpower Management and Organization Development until her appointment as Group Head of Human Resources Group and Customer Quality Management Division. She is a Director of UCPB Securities, Inc. She earned her degree in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas.
