Justin Rutledge has over 23 years of extensive banking experience, currently serving as VP - Senior Portfolio Manager at United Community Bank since March 2015. Justin's previous roles include VP - Commercial Underwriter at First Citizens Bank and AVP at Georgia Heritage Bank, where responsibilities involved management of ORE, collections, and repossessed assets. Prior banking experience includes positions as AVP at Community Trust Bank and Credit Officer at Community Bank of the South. Justin began his career as a Bank Examiner for the West Virginia Division of Banking. Educational credentials include an MBA from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business and a B.S. in Finance & International Business from Penn State University.
