Esra Ceceli İslam

Esra Ceceli İslam currently serves as the Darülaceze Başkanı at Darülaceze Başkanlığı since June 2024. In addition, Esra holds positions as an Elected Bureau Member of the Working Party on Social Policy at OECD Development, and as an Elected Bureau Member of the Standing Working Group on Ageing with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, both since November 2022 and 2023, respectively. Esra has been a member of TOBB Meclis since April 2022 and a member of the İTO Kültür Sanat Spor İhtisas Komitesi at İTO - İstanbul Ticaret Odası since November 2019. Previous roles include General Director at TURCA Turkish Culture Abroad from November 2019 to May 2021, and General Director of Disabled and Elderly Services at T.C. Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığı from May 2021 to June 2024. Esra’s educational background includes a Post-Graduate Diploma in Communication from RMIT University and a degree from Boğaziçi University.
