Brian Young

Brian Young serves as the Managing Director of Technology and Digital Services at UN Foundation, where he is responsible for connecting technology to operational strategy. In this role he leads the Foundation’s IT Operations and Digital Services teams on day-to-day function of the organization’s technical infrastructure. He also spearheads improvements in UN Foundation’s business systems and operations through collaborative digital transformation initiatives with partners around the Foundation.

Brian brings more than 20 years of professional IT experience to the Foundation, having worked previously in consulting, project implementation, and managed services for a wide variety of industries — from banking, logistics, and health to manufacturing and the non-profit sector.

He is a graduate of the College of Charleston, holding degrees in Computer Science and Comparative Religious Studies.
