Paola Pinto

Paola Pinto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at the United Nations, serving as the Head of Conference and Learning Centre/Training Coordinator at the United Nations Global Service Centre since September 2010. In this role, Paola leads a team focused on training and conference support, overseeing the organization and management of workshops and conferences. Prior to this, Paola held various positions at the United Nations from July 1999 to 2010, including Administrative Assistant - Logistics and Logistics Assistant, where responsibilities included drafting statements of requirement, preparing budget proposals, and managing contracts. Earlier experience includes work as a Customer Care professional at TWS. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Post Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management & Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Master’s degree in Foreign Language and Literature from Università degli Studi di Bari. Paola also holds a High School Diploma in Mathematics from Liceo Scientifico Ludovico Pepe.
