Salika Suksuwan

Salika Suksuwan is a seasoned people leader and diversity advocate currently serving as the Executive Director and Deputy Head of Human Resources at UOB. Previously, Salika held leadership roles at PwC, including as a People Leader at the Acceleration Centers, where they contributed to establishing the Kuala Lumpur center and enhancing talent development initiatives. With a strong dedication to advancing women's participation in the workforce, Salika has also influenced national policy on diversity and inclusion during their tenure at Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad. Salika began their HR career in financial services and boasts extensive experience across the talent lifecycle. Educated at the University of Warwick, Salika remains committed to making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
