Raj Gyawali

Raj Gyawali is a seasoned travel and tourism professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. As the Founder Director of socialtours in Nepal, nominated five times for the Responsible Tourism Award, Raj has specialized in soft adventures and is recognized for the Great Himalaya Trail trek featured in National Geographic Adventure. Additional roles include serving as Nepal Ambassador for The Transformational Travel Council, a Travel Specialist at Kim Kim, and Partner at both Ethical Travel Portal and LifeCycle Nepal. Raj also contributes to local tourism as a Tripbod expert and is involved in project management for people and places and country coordination for United Planet. Raj's earlier experience includes serving as Business Strategist and Export Director at Eternal Weave P Ltd. Raj holds multiple degrees in management and sciences from various reputable institutions.
