Kari Barr

Kari Barr is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources for the Power & HVAC Division at United Rentals since March 2019, Kari previously held the position of HR Director at Herc Rentals, overseeing HR functions for the Southeast Region. Earlier career roles included Zone HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Hertz, where support was provided for multiple rental car divisions across varied regions. Kari's foundational experience includes roles as Senior HR Generalist at ConAgra Foods and HR Manager at Cargill Meat Solutions. An alumnus of Oklahoma State University, Kari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management.
