DeAnn Hair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce support and client relations. Currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Support Analyst at United Site Services since October 2020, DeAnn provides Level 1 support for Salesforce CPQ and participates in UAT testing for new releases. Prior to this role, DeAnn spent over a decade at Eastman Kodak Company, initially as a Salesforce Business Analyst, troubleshooting and improving sales processes, and later as an Executive Assistant providing high-level support to executives. Earlier career experiences at Gartner as Director of Client Relations & Process Improvements and Manager of Client Services resulted in significant enhancements in client satisfaction. DeAnn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
