Benjamin Exley

Benjamin Exley currently serves as the Director of Application Services at Fairview Health Services, a position held since December 2024. Exley has extensive experience with the U.S. Soccer Federation, acting as a Referee Instructor/Mentor since 1992 and currently officiating as a Grade 7 referee. Prior to Fairview Health Services, Exley was the Senior Manager of Care Delivery Applications at HealthPartners, overseeing application support and strategic planning for critical clinical applications. Previous roles include Service Desk Manager at Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois, Independent Consultant at Validus Consulting, and Technical Services at Epic Systems Corporation. Exley holds an MHA/MBA in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, as well as a BA in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota.
