Andy McCawley

Andy was appointed Chief Development Officer of USPI in 2020. She previously served as a Vice President on Tenet’s Corporate Development team, where she was responsible for leading and executing acquisition, divesture, and partnership initiatives at the company. Prior to joining Tenet in 2015, Andy worked at Fortress Investment Group and served in various leadership roles for Fortress’ healthcare REIT. Andy also spent many years in private equity and venture capital, beginning her career at Morgan Stanley in its Alternative Investment Partners group and later joining Insight Equity, a distressed middle market buyout fund. She received her BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Andy is a CFA Charterholder.
