Clare M. Einsmann

As Executive Vice President for UnitedAg, Clare Marie Einsmann is the organization’s general counsel. As part of her role, Clare advocates and lectures throughout the western United States on agribusiness and employee benefits issues. She is adept in providing employers with practical knowledge and techniques for coping with the impact of new state and federal legislation on business operations. She enjoys working and advocating on behalf of UnitedAg’s members and the agricultural community as a whole. She is a past co-chair of the State Bar Agribusiness Committee and currently serves as Vice President of the Centennial Farm Foundation for the OC Fair & Events Center. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Clare received her Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne. Since receiving her law degree, she has furthered her education and expertise by attending postgraduate classes at the University of Southern California.
