Kevin W. Pearson

Kevin W. Pearson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in e-commerce, customer solutions, and operations. Currently serving as Ecommerce Project Manager at UFP Industries since October 2022, Kevin previously held significant roles at Parts Town, including Senior Director of Customer Solutions Technical Services and Senior Director of Customer Experience, where responsibilities included managing technical support, warranty programs, and customer relationship development. At Zoro US, Kevin advanced through several leadership positions, contributing to operational excellence, customer vertical strategies, and project management. Earlier experience includes roles in residential mortgage financing, loss mitigation, and manufacturing representation. Kevin holds a B.A. in Communications from Eastern Illinois University and a Post-baccalaureate Program in Business Practices from Northwestern University.
