Steve G. Filton

Mr. Filton served as UHS Vice President, Controller and Secretary. He joined UHS in 1985 as Director of Corporate Accounting after working for six years in the audit division of Arthur Andersen.

A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
