Lauren Altman

Lauren Altman is a seasoned professional in eCommerce and merchandising, currently serving as the Director of eCommerce at Universal Music Group since June 2016. With a progression through roles such as Senior Store Manager and D2C Store Manager, Lauren manages over 20 online retail stores and has substantial experience building Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce platforms for prominent artists. Previous experience includes founding D6 Merchandise, where Lauren established a merchandising company and collaborated with clients to produce customized items. Lauren’s background also includes internships in music blogging, merchandise coordination, and event marketing, complemented by academic credentials including an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Music Industry from Drexel University.
