Timo Gorner

Timo Gorner is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President, People Business Partner at Universal Music Group since August 2025. Prior to this role, Timo held various leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company from July 2018 to September 2024, including Vice President of the Disney Institute and Vice President & Chief of Staff to the CEO at National Geographic Partners. Timo's experience also includes serving as Sr. HR Director at National Geographic Partners for a brief period in 2017, and a progressive career at Fox Group from January 2010 to July 2017, where Timo advanced from HR Manager for Central & Western Europe to Director of Organization Development and Training and HR Director for North & South America.
