Arie Albrecht

Arie Albrecht has extensive experience in operations and guest relations, currently serving as the Director of Entry Operations & Guest Relations at Universal Studios Hollywood since November 2015. Prior to this role, Arie worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment starting in June 2011 as a Guest Arrival Manager, responsible for analyzing customer satisfaction and creating Standard Operating Procedures. Arie also held the position of Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing daily park operations and implementing processes to enhance guest satisfaction. Prior experience at SeaWorld San Diego from November 2004 to June 2011 involved serving as Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor, contributing to operational excellence in guest experiences.
