Victoria Maldonado

Victoria Maldonado currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Filipao Nunes Arquitectos since December 2023 and has been a Catedrático universitario at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León since October 2018. Previously, Victoria held the title of Chief Project Officer at Filipao Nunes from October 2018 to December 2023, focusing on project management, process improvement, risk planning, and strategic direction. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Manager and Senior Technical Architect at PCG Design, Studio Director at Pozas Design Group, and Junior Architect at Ernesto Vela Arquitectos, where responsibilities included residential plan execution and technical design solutions. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, acquired in May 2020, and a degree in Architecture from the same institution, completed in August 2016.
