Juan MacHado

Juan Machado is a Professor of Applied Machine Learning at Universidad de la República since July 2021, where Juan teaches a course as part of the Data Science and Machine Learning Master's program. Juan also serves as a System Engineer at MDD - Management Digital Data AG since August 2020. Previously, Juan was the Infrastructure Team Leader at Universal Soluciones Tecnológicas from May 2013 to August 2020, where leadership of a team of six engineers and design of a large-scale network infrastructure were key responsibilities. Earlier academic roles included professorships at Universidad de la República and CETP - UTU, where Juan taught Programming and Logic courses to engineering students. Juan holds a Master's degree in Data Science and Machine Learning from Universidad de la República and a Computer Engineer degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
