Pablo Darscht

Pablo Darscht is an experienced professional in technology management and innovation, currently serving as the Director General at INEFOP since March 2020. With a robust academic background in engineering, business administration, and project management, Darscht has significantly contributed to the Facultad de Ingeniería - UDELAR since 2004, notably in establishing and managing the “Diploma en Gestión de Tecnología.” Darscht’s leadership extends to multiple organizations, including serving as Executive Director of the Centro Tecnológico del Agua and coordinating projects focused on energy efficiency in the dairy sector with CONAPROLE. Previous roles include directing PACPYMES, managing the Fundación Julio Ricaldoni, and leading the Programa de Desarrollo Tecnológico. Darscht's extensive experience encompasses strategic consulting, project coordination, and enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs in Uruguay.
