Eduardo Prada Silva

Eduardo Prada Silva is the Managing Director of Eduardo Prada Consulting & Executive Training since July 2012, specializing in the diagnosis, design, implementation, and launch of Shared Services Centers for various Colombian and Latin American companies. In addition to this role, Eduardo has been a Lecturer in the Executive MBA program at Universidad de los Andes since February 2005. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager of Shared Services at Organización Corona and holding multiple financial leadership positions at Acerías Paz del Rio and Bavaria, contributing to the planning and implementation of comprehensive financial and operational services. Eduardo holds a Diplomatura in Decision Analysis from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Los Andes.
