David Andrés Torreblanca Díaz

David Andrés Torreblanca Díaz is an associate professor and researcher at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana since September 2015, with extensive experience in digital fabrication and design within academia, notably as the digital fabrication laboratory coordinator at Duoc UC from 2002 to 2015. Torreblanca Díaz has actively participated as a speaker and workshop instructor at various conferences, including the Digital Futures Talks hosted by Tongji University in 2021. Currently, Torreblanca Díaz serves as Co-Chair for the SIGraDi 2024 conference and has previously held roles in conference management and communications for SIGraDi. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's in Product Design from Universidad de Valparaíso, multiple diplomas and a Master's in Product Design Technologies from Universidad Andrés Bello, and a diploma in teaching and university culture from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
