Antonin Chambolle is a Directeur de recherche at Paris-Dauphine (PSL) and CNRS since September 2020, with prior experience as directeur de recherches at CNRS / Ecole Polytechnique. Antonin served as the director of the CMAP (Centre de Mathématiques Appliquées) at Ecole Polytechnique from January 2009 to December 2014, leading a joint CNRS - Ecole Polytechnique applied mathematics department. Antonin holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics (Image Analysis) from Université Paris-Dauphine, obtained between 1989 and 1993, and an M2 / PhD in Mechanics and Applied Mathematics from Ecole normale supérieure, completed from 1986 to 1990.
