Haslinda Mohd Anuar is an accomplished academic and legal expert with extensive experience in climate change law. Currently serving as Principal Researcher at the Climate Change Law Research Unit (CLIMATE) and as a Lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia since April 1999, Haslinda also holds the position of Deputy Legal Advisor at the same institution. Prior to this role, Haslinda worked as a Legal Officer at Penang Municipal Council from September 1996 to March 1999. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Environmental Law from Newcastle University, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Public Law from Aberystwyth University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from International Islamic University Malaysia, complemented by SPM from Kolej Islam Sultan Alam Shah.
