Mick Talley is an Alternate Board Member for X9.org at University Bancorp, Inc. and has served as Chair of the X9F1 Encryption Working Group since February 2021. Currently, Mick is the Program Manager for the SSA E-Disability Contract at Southeast Michigan Health Exchange, overseeing contract development and achieving significant milestones in healthcare interoperability. With extensive experience in security and privacy work, Mick has held roles at organizations such as Beacon Communities and the Financial Services Technology Consortium. Mick earned a BA in Multidisciplinary Communications from Michigan State University and attended Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
