Travis Caldwell

Travis Caldwell, MHA, currently serves as the Executive Director at University Health since December 2022. Previously, Travis held the position of Patient Access Director at Parallon from May 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included creating electronic management systems, enhancing team productivity through training programs, and overseeing fiscal operations. From August 2016 to May 2019, Travis was the Patient Access Supervisor at Ochsner Health System, focusing on employee development and maintaining quality standards. Earlier experience includes serving as the Lead Patient Intake Coordinator at Fresenius Medical Care North America from July 2013 to August 2016, and as an Epic Application Coordinator at Ochsner Health System in early 2013. Travis holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Orleans.
