Leo Benning

Leo Benning is a Clinician Scientist currently working at Universitätsklinikum Freiburg, where Leo oversees emergency care for over 50,000 patients annually. In addition, Leo serves as the Head of Clinical at Vivira Health Lab, focusing on digital health applications and approved digital therapeutics in Germany. Leo also worked as a Visiting Researcher at the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement, where Leo helped define global Standard Sets of outcome measures for value-based healthcare. Leo holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Harvard University, a PhD in Medicine from The University of Freiburg, and completed elective placements at the University of Oxford.
