Douglas P. Gross

Douglas P. Gross is a distinguished academic and leader in the field of rehabilitation science, currently serving as a Professor and Department Chair at the University of Alberta since July 2003. Gross has held various roles within the university, including Associate Professor and Interim Department Chair, contributing significantly to the academic community. As the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Occupational Rehabilitation since July 2020, Gross oversees critical research publications. Additionally, Gross has been the Director of the Rehabilitation Research Centre since June 2012, facilitating interdisciplinary research aimed at improving health outcomes. Gross's earlier experience includes a role as a Research Affiliate at WCB-Alberta Millard Health from July 1999 to December 2013.
