Jennifer Maher

Jennifer Maher is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) at the University of Bath, where experience spans from January 2019 to the present, including roles as Lecturer (Assistant Professor), Research Fellow, and Postdoctoral Researcher. Prior to this, Jennifer served as Adjunct Faculty at Florida International University from August 2013 to November 2025 and held the position of Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine, specifically within The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, from May 2014 to December 2018. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Exercise Physiology from the University of West Florida, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Florida.
