Caroline O'Mara

Caroline O'Mara is an experienced Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Project Manager at the University of Birmingham, where responsibilities include leading initiatives that promote EDI within the staff community since October 2010. Prior to this role, Caroline served as Associate Director of Insight & Operations at Birmingham City Council from September 2005 to September 2010 and as Assistant to the Leader of the Council. Caroline holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology and Business from Aston Business School and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology & Health Science from the University of Liverpool.
