Abeer Ahmed

Abeer Ahmed is a dedicated student researcher at the University of Calgary, where involvement spans various leadership roles including Co-President of the Unity Arts Society and Outreach Coordinator for Women in Science and Engineering (WISE). Abeer serves as Vice President of Operations and Communications for the UCalgary Student Chapter of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and has experience as an academic tutor with CanShine Tutoring. Prior experience includes working as a Retail Sales Associate at Shell. Abeer is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the University of Calgary, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) in Biomedical Sciences from the same institution and a High School Diploma from Foundations for the Future Charter Academy.
