Mike Casey

Mike Casey is an experienced academic professional in the field of Management Information Systems. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor, University Lecturer, and Instructional Designer at the University of Central Arkansas since January 2016, Mike has a strong background in course development and teaching, having previously worked as a Course Developer and Instructor in Math and Computer Science at Virtual Arkansas from June 2013 to December 2015. Prior roles include Math Instructor at Russellville Schools from June 2011 to May 2013 and South Conway County Schools from June 2009 to May 2011. Mike holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer and Information Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, earned between 2017 and 2019, as well as a Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies in Teacher Leadership (ITEC) and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Central Arkansas, completed in 2016 and 2009, respectively.
