Melissa Dagley

Melissa Dagley has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Executive Director of Initiatives in STEM at the University of Central Florida since September 2001. Melissa has held multiple positions at the university, including Director of CECS Academic Affairs and Assistant Director of Transfer Services. Prior to that, Melissa was the Director of Freshman Year Programs at East Tennessee State University from 1998 to September 2001. Melissa holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Administration from the University of Central Florida, attained between 2003 and 2009, and also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from East Tennessee State University.
